Katie

Katie wasn’t always fully spiritually expressed. She spent 18 years as a corporate entrepreneur at a Fortune 100 retailer, but career success and a picture perfect life doesn’t always translate into a thriving soul.

breakdown to breakthrough

A grueling schedule, amazing young kids, the family disease of addiction, the ending of a marriage and a habit of putting everyone else’s needs above her own left her with a broken body, a foggy mind, and a disconnected soul.

She vividly remembers the day she surrendered it all and asked the universe for help. Her answer came in the form of a local women’s circle. That’s where Katie’s path to wholeness began.

Those first steps felt unfamiliar and intimidating.

Those first steps felt unfamiliar and intimidating. As she became more experienced in the worlds of reiki, astrology, women’s circles, feng shui, crystalline DNA and other spiritual wellness practices, she learned how to nourish herself back to wholeness by tuning inward and became the person that her friends and colleagues came to when they were ready to dip their toes into the mysteries of the universe and manifest their future realities in the quantum.

Finding Her Purpose

Present day, Katie has Quantum leaped into her dream life as the Soul Led CEO of Mystical Living, Frequency Strategist, a published co-author of the best selling book ‘Turning Point – Empowering Stories to Activate the Divine Feminine Within’ and the artist/designer behind her high frequency clothing label Love Lillett. Her days as a Fortune 100 Retail Executive leading large cross-functional teams for global brands are now past memories as she leads from her heart.

After decades of exploring the mysteries of the Universe, Katie is passionate about her sacred work as a Frequency Strategist guiding her clients to heal their relationship with the hustle by quieting the mind and accessing their next level of self mastery through the heart, so they can experience abundance, create significant impact through their work and feel fulfilled and empowered in all areas of their life.

Above all else, Katie’s clients love working with her because she deeply understands the power of living from the heart, mastery of energy & compassion during change.  She has powerfully transformed through her own personal, entrepreneurial & leadership journey.
