Beaming in with a personal share and a reminder all my emails are encoded in light.  May you de-light in the energy codes you receive as you read, allow yourself to feel the frequency of the words activating you and the subtle vibrations lightening you.  

Now onto my share, which I think we will need to post to the blog as it holds a lot of codes … prior to becoming a Frequency Strategist I spent 18 years as a Fortune 100 Retail Executive leading large cross-functional teams for global brands.  This was good and secure work, but I had this nagging feeling that my life should be more than good, I sensed in my heart GREATNESS was available to me.  

So, I decided to change my frequency and I changed my life.  I learned greatness was in fact available to me and now I am deeply called (obsessed) to share this magic with you, because you deserve GREAT and the world needs you glowing in your full luminosity!

Only 9 month ago did I lovingly release my identity as ‘Corporate Katie’, as I fondly refer to my prior self … in order to step into the new, we need to release the old outdated versions of ourselves.  Today I am the Soul Lead CEO of Mind Body Soul Market, a published co-authored of the best selling book ‘Turning Point- Empowering Stories to Activate the Divine Feminine Within’ and the artist/designer behind my high frequency clothing label Love Lillett … coming to YOU in March 2023!  I’m traveling to Egypt next week with Robert Edward Grant, I’ve been to Avalon, the Bahama’s, Miami, LA, on expansive trips these past few months (most recently NH with friends with bonus hot seats for everyone) and stepped fully into my calling to share my message with the world – change your frequency, to change your life!  Life can truly be this incredible for all of us.

So, what is an Energy Reader or Frequency Strategist

It’s me in two words.  I work with my clients on their Frequency (aka energy) and develop a Strategy with them to up-level into the next version of their becoming.  It’s the yin and yang, the balance of feminine and masculine and it’s where my magic lives.  My Priestessing comes through the Frequency, while my decades of experience in implementing massive change brings in the Strategy. In human design my life purpose is to snap people out of their minds and into living from their hearts so they can experience bliss, love and purpose.  Also the holy oil I carry in my Priestessing is Galbanum, which is the Light Bearer oil & calls us to our highest truth.  I am truly living my truth, my purpose and my design (so cool, we came here with maps to remind us why we are here, love HD and Astrology)!  

I am wildly passionate about helping my clients to heal their relationship with the hustle by quieting the mind and accessing their next level of self mastery through the heart, so they can experience abundance, create significant impact through their work and feel fulfilled and empowered in all areas of their life.

I deeply understand the power of living from the heart, and through mastering my energy field, I have powerfully transformed through my own personal, entrepreneurial & leadership journey. My journey has included everything from energy readings, emotional healing, mental healing, tarot reading, and honing my own reading ability.

It’s simple really, we take an elevator ride from your mind into your heart. The conscious mind is our human self with fear, worries, doubts and our heart is our divine self, where our wise higher self lives and a direct line to our subconscious.  From the heart we tap into your core essence and merge with your higher self – this part is really fun and often surprises, urges & callings unfold my clients didn’t even know were dormant inside of them!  We unlock the frequency of the next version of you from this place.  The final step is embodying this new way of walking, vibrating, dancing and flowing in the world – this is the strategy part.  Here we connect the mind & heart with sacred geometry (more on why geometry is key next week) – the conscious & subconscious are bridged through the Reticular Activating System (more on the RAS coming soon too) to keep this epic frequency alive!
