Pause Play Wellness is a Black Female-Owned company that creates handmade multi-sensory, immersive candle healing experience for the mind, body, & soul. We create chakra balancing candles equipped with affirmations, crystals, QR code-linked meditations and playlists for the ultimate self-care experience.
Coined “self-care in a candle”, our product offers a multimodality approach to daily healing and wellbeing through seven different affirmation candle experiences. Simply scan our crystal-infused candles with a mobile device to gain exclusive access to two practices: “pause” with a twenty minute guided meditation or “play” with a three hour energizing soulful playlist.
